Customer Service Chat Agent (Remote / Work at Home / for Moms)

In this role as a live chat customer service agent, your primary responsibility is to manage live chat communications on a company’s website or social media. Your tasks include answering customer queries, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Often, you will use pre-written responses to common questions, making the process straightforward.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection is necessary, along with basic English writing abilities.

Skills/Background Needed: This position is ideal for beginners. Full training is provided, with no prior paid live chat work experience required.
